SONIPLAS utilises ultrasonic energy to reduce melt viscosity during injection, enabling easier filling with lower pressure, lower melt temperatures and less cooling. SONIPLAS process parameters can be varied, depending on what the moulder wants to achieve. Many benefits can be gained with this technology:![]()
